Update - Update!

We are still working on this. the Windows update that was applied (even through rigorous testing) has proven to have a bug when going live. The team at Microsoft intends to have this resolved for us by morning. This is an extremely rare and unexpected occurrence and we do appreciate your patience.

Update - Over the weekend our engineers implemented a critical update to our canadian environment this update corrected a lot of issues but has caused an access issue for the server. We are now working with Microsoft enterprise support and the issue should be resolved by the end of business today. Please stay tuned for updates and thank you for your patience.

Investigating - We are experiencing a severe outage in our summit Canada environment. Our engineers are working around the clock with Microsoft to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you need support please submit a detailed ticket to ticket.summithosting.com Please do not submit more than one ticket regarding this issue as this will slow your ticket response time.
